This is an Agreement between Kristina Court, A Wonderful Life Ltd (I, us, we, AWL) and you (the Client). It is important that you read this before we begin our journey together.

Please note, in most cases throughout this agreement, we use British grammar and spelling.

DELIVERABLES:

I am really excited to work with you and to support you in creating Your Love Story during this Private Group Programme.

1.Scope of Services

There are 5 Specialized Activation Steps over six months:

(i) Clarity & Essence

(ii) Clearing the Way

(iii) Chrysalis Process

(iv) Commanding Your Power

(v) Your Constellation

The programme breaks down as follows:

- x 3 (one hour) Activation Sessions per month - Hypnotic Induction & Clearing Session and Preparation

- New Empowering Belief Creation Session

- Create a New Empowering Belief Session

- Activate Your Unique Guidance Session

- Bespoke Creation Exercises

- Private VIP Online Portal

- Session Recordings

- Implementation Weeks

- Private Group Support & Q&A Guidance

Within each step various techniques and processes are used; hypnotic induction, relaxation of the nervous system, essence creation, specialized visualization – combining both spiritual and practical application.

2.Sessions/ Support Sessions are planned and scheduled in advance and must be used within the 6-month group programme. There will be access to me, my team and your group with my team and I being available for support during UK working hours Monday through Friday.

Session Calls: Will be via Zoom.

Please be in a quiet place to concentrate on our work together and be on time. Please turn off all distractions such as your phone, Facebook and email so that we can be present with each other.

Holiday/Vacation: You will always be notified when I have a holiday scheduled and, in most cases, this will be taken during our flex / implementation weeks.

Schedule Changes: I want the very best experience for you and do everything to not change the scheduled sessions. Please also try not to miss your sessions, however you can easily catch up using your Private VIP Online Portal.

As with any professional group service business, the live session will not be rescheduled.

If you arrive later than the scheduled time, the session will still begin and end at the originally designated times.

By accepting the Terms & Conditions, you agree that if you miss any scheduled part of the programme, you can catch up via your Private VIP Online Portal during the period of the programme.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

3.Payment

(i) The commitment fee of US $300 to secure your spot, will be taken on the day you enrol. This fee is non-refundable.

(ii) Your payment of US $777 per/month for six months will be charged in advance on 25th of everymonth. This is a commitment of 6 months.

(iii) Anyone who enrols on 5 January 2025, will be charged immediately for both the commitment fee and first month’s payment.

4.Method of Payment

All charges will be taken via Stripe for which you can choose from the most popular debit / credit cards to make your payment. You do not require a Stripe account to make your payment.

CONSENT AND WAIVER INFORMATION:

5.Consent and Waiver

This programme has been created to deliver transformative changes for you and whilst results may vary for each person, to gain the very best from your programme requires your full participation.

Your sessions will be recorded and uploaded to your Private VIP Online Portal the following working day. We will not be held responsible should an unseen circumstance occur where there is no recording.

The recording may be one or both of the following; voice recording and visual recording of which there may be times you are on the visual version.

You, the client, hereby release, A Wonderful Life / Kristina Court, from any liability or claims that could be made against (I, us, we, AWL) concerning your mental and/or physical well-being during your programme and select to agree to this prior to your first payment / commitment fee to secure your spot.

By selecting you agree to these terms and conditions you also confirm that you do not suffer from Epilepsy.

PRIVACY POLICY:

6.Privacy Policy

Information disclosed through your Programme is between you, the client, members of the group and myself, Kristina Court (I, us, we, AWL) and if there are necessary parts to be stored, they are the property of Kristina Court / A Wonderful Life Ltd.

We respect your privacy and insist you must respect the privacy of fellow participants in AWL’s coaching & mentoring engagements. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to not violate the publicity or privacy rights of any coaching & mentoring participant.

Public Disclosure: Neither party may disclose the terms of this Agreement. Neither party shall make any formal or informal public statement, press release or other announcement regarding the existence or terms of this Agreement without the other party's prior written approval.

COPYRIGHT:

7.Proprietary Rights

Kristina Court/AWL may include material that is proprietary and developed specifically for your programme. You agree that such proprietary material, including all concepts and language, is solely for your own personal use for the purpose of improving your own life. Any disclosure to a third party for financial gain or any other usage other than implementing our programme together, without prior consulting Kristina Court is strictly prohibited.

SUCCESS:

8.You Control Your Success

The Programme will provide you will the best tools and processes for success, but it is up to you to use these to maximise results. Nothing in this Agreement and none of A Wonderful Life / Kristina Court’s representations to you, whether verbal or not, shall be construed as promising or guaranteeing your results as such outcomes are based on subjective factors.

AGREEMENT:

9.If a Problem Arises From This Agreement

We are confident you will successfully complete the Programme. However, if a dispute does arise from this Agreement, you agree to resolve the dispute by submitting to neutral binding arbitration, and agree not to seek court intervention as an alternative. Avoiding unnecessary court fees and costs ensures that we will have more time, energy and money to invest in your success.

10.Entire Agreement

You understand this is the entire Agreement between the parties. You understand that no other promises or agreements have been made except for those described in this Agreement.

11.Effective Date

This Agreement will not take effect, and we will have no obligation to provide services until you confirm your agreement which takes place at the point of your first payment and we successfully process your Fee.

12. Refunds

Please note once you take part in the first session you will not be entitled for a refund.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS:

This takes place at the point of sale. You will be required to confirm you have read the Terms & Conditions prior to your first payment, for which you indicate your understanding and agreement to the terms above.
